Amendment by ordinance is made and will be implemented to EPIDEMIC DISEASE ACT-1897 to make Offence under this aa non-bailable and provide more stringent Punishment to be imposed : P Javadekar


Investigation to be completed within 30 days


Punishment


Imprisonment: 3 months to 5 Year
